  1. Luke had the hiccups and was frustrated because he couldn't make them go away. I sat with him and tickled him, love the laughter that gets out of him but it didn't stop the hiccups. "Let's see if some hugs and love will stop them," I said and we snuggled and they stopped and then Zo from across the room started fake-hiccuping so I had her come over for snuggles too. And then the kids told me I needed to have the hiccups and then I got all the love as well...
  2. Luke at the dinner table, blowing on a "wishing seed" Zo had on her pepper slice. "I'm going to tell you my wish Mommy because I know it will come true," he said. "I wish for snuggles tonight!"
  3. Winnie-the-Pooh from the library...this is the first "big kid" chapter book I've read to the kids...they are really enjoying it...
  4. Kids painting and drawing this morning...
  5. Lots of organizational stuff accomplished today...errands, letters, 2016 paperwork put to rest, etc.

XO
